All sales are final

Every book on Starward Path comes with a free first chapter — you can watch or listen to the beginning of any book, at full quality, before paying anything. Because you always know exactly what you're buying, purchases are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase you agree that access to the book begins immediately, and — where applicable law provides a withdrawal right for digital content — you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives that right. Nothing in this policy limits rights that consumer law grants you that cannot be waived.

Purchases are processed by Polar Software, Inc., which acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller. This policy is the refund policy that applies to your purchase; Polar handles receipts, chargebacks, and disputes under its own buyer terms and applicable card-network rules.

If a purchased file is defective — it won't play, is truncated, or doesn't match its description — write to sofferor@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
